Structure
Description Cartric is a sample preparation reagent that can be used for the detection of infectious diseases. It has been used in analytical methods to measure redox potentials and systolic pressure. Cartric also has been shown to inhibit enzymes, such as hydroxyl group reductase, which are involved in the metabolism of drugs and other xenobiotics. This product is not cytotoxic and does not interfere with the fluorescence detector. Cartric can be used in vitro for the detection of carcinoma cell lines and p-hydroxybenzoic acid.
