Description | Corydaline is a natural compound that belongs to the class of alkaloids. It has been found to have a matrix effect on enzymes, including benzalkonium chloride and protopine, as well as inhibitory properties against receptor activity. Corydaline has been shown to have an anti-inflammatory effect in vitro by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis and suppressing the production of inflammatory cytokines. This drug also has a protective effect against oxidative damage induced by benzalkonium chloride and inhibits the growth of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus. The concentration-time curve for corydaline shows a short half-life with high absorption and distribution rates. The pharmacokinetics of corydaline are affected by co2 flow rate and human serum albumin levels. |
