Description | Dendrobine is a natural product that belongs to the class of dendrobium alkaloids. It has been shown to inhibit the polymerase chain reaction in vitro by binding to the enzyme DNA-dependent RNA polymerase, thereby inhibiting transcription and replication. Dendrobine also has anti-inflammatory effects and has been shown to stimulate nerve growth factor production, which may contribute to its therapeutic effect in bowel disease. Dendrobine was also found to have a synergic effect when combined with other agents such as nutrient solution, x-ray diffraction data, co2 flow, and etoac extract. |
